A Look at Income Inequality in America (heck yeah!)

The following is an examination of wealth disparity in the United States of America, from the mid 20th-Century through the second decade of the 21st-century:

While white Americans have had their assets increased to over a million dollars, African Americans and Hispanic Americans have not seen the same progress.

During this time, we also see income inequality between the top 5 percent and lowest income Americans increase:

Homeownership during this increase in inequality remains relatively stable for White Americans, declines slightly for African-Americans but is falling more recently:
